01 Where We Work
We come to the house.
There is no NewGen showroom. Estimates happen at your property, where we can actually see the space, take measurements, understand the existing conditions, and talk through what you want to change.
We work throughout San Diego County, from Oceanside and Carlsbad to Escondido and Poway, down through the South Bay, and across the communities in between.
Adonay works all throughout Southern California. The pages below cover the places we build most, but they are not the boundary: if you don't see your city, odds are he still works there. Reach out and ask.
No showroom. The useful conversation happens in the space you want to change.

04 Common Questions
Questions about where we work.
Do you charge for travel across the county?
No. Estimates are free throughout San Diego County.
If the location of a project affects what it takes to complete the work, that will be reflected in the bid rather than added later as a surprise trip charge.
My city isn't listed. Do you still come out?
Probably.
The list above shows where we work most, not a hard boundary. NewGen serves San Diego County and also takes on projects elsewhere in Southern California, up to Los Angeles.
Call and tell us where the property is.
Where is your showroom?
We don't have one.
NewGen works out of San Diego and meets you at the property. That's where we can see the space, take measurements, and have a useful conversation about the work you're considering.
How soon can someone come look at the project?
Call or text and we'll coordinate a time for the walkthrough.
Adonay handles his own calls, so you're talking directly with the person involved in the work rather than waiting in a callback queue.
Do you take small jobs, or only full remodels?
Ask.
Scope can vary quite a bit, and we'd rather hear what you actually need than have you decide on your own that a project is too small.
